We’re bringing back the joy of neighbourhood bike parades, the kind many of us grew up with. Last year’s ride was a beautiful throwback to childhood summers; decorated bikes, cheering neighbours, and that first spark of independence on two wheels. It was simple, colourful, and full of community spirit, exactly what we hoped it would be.
This year, we’re keeping the tradition alive and adding even more ways for families to join the fun. Alongside our community ride, we’ll have bike‑decorating stations, games, a mini‑rider practice area, and of course, ice cream waiting at the finish line.
We’ll make use of the wonderful bike path at Stevenson‑Britannia School for our early riders who are still finding their balance. It’s the perfect spot for wobblers, gliders, and brave little balance‑bike adventurers who like to walk, scoot, and coast at their own pace.
Whether you’re riding, cheering, or helping out, this parade is all about community, movement, and making memories together.
If you’d like to get more involved and volunteer at the event, we’d love to have you. Email us anytime at info@bord-aire.com.
