The Bord-Aire Community Centre U16B soccer team has claimed championship glory at the 2025 Boston Pizza Player’s Tournament, showing off a remarkable journey of dedication, growth, and team spirit.

After finishing in a hard-fought second place in the 2024 tournament, the team returned this year more determined than ever. Their perseverance paid off with a well-earned tournament victory, showcasing the skills and chemistry they’ve developed over years of playing together.

This talented group of boys first came together in 2021, following a restructuring of the community soccer system that brought various clubs under one umbrella. What started as a new beginning quickly transformed into a close-knit, hardworking team that has grown stronger with every season.

Under the leadership of a committed coaching staff, the team has focused on building more than just technical ability. From day one, their coaches have emphasized the importance of community, competition, and fun—a philosophy that continues to define the team’s culture both on and off the field.
